At the initiative of Joachim from XPENG Denmark, a group of dedicated XPENG owners from Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden have come together to form the XPENG Europe User Group – or XEUG.

We’ve established an informal collaboration with XPENG, where we collect and organize shared experiences, suggestions for improvements, and reported issues in a central database: XPENG Owners Feedback Base. This database has now become an active tool used by XPENG staff to help prioritize and shape future initiatives.

Through this collaboration, we’ve gathered a significant amount of information – including feedback, challenges, and translation input – which we regularly share with XPENG. We’ve also selected a few examples that we can share publicly to give curious owners a glimpse into the insights and contributions gathered from the community. Since the lists are used across multiple countries and by XPENG teams, most of the content is in English.

Important to note:
Just because a suggestion appears in the database doesn’t guarantee that XPENG will act on it – but it does mean they’ve been made aware of it.
All the work we do is voluntary and driven by our passion for the product and community.

Also remember:
If you have specific issues with your vehicle or are participating in a beta test, you should always report your feedback directly to XPENG via the official mobile app. The XEUG database is not a replacement for official channels – it’s a complementary tool that helps us, as owners, gain a broader overview and a stronger collective voice.
